Yes, of course! Partners will be changed during the lessons. However we can give no guarantee that there will always be an appropriate partner in your lesson or level available.
When filling out the online registration form, you can choose the rate for each person individually. To do so, you choose the corresponding entry from the drop-down menu. There is a choice of different rates: Normal, Boogie-Bär and Youngsters (“Jugend”). If you choose normal, the system will determine wether you get the early bird rate, the regular rate or the rate for late-comers. This is determined by the registration date.
Volunteers get the volunteer rate by entering their volunteer code.
In addition to your ballticket can you book a transfer by bus. That means you get a returnticket from Landsberg to the Boogie-Woogie & Swingball on saturday. Price is 10,00 Euro / transfer. You can buy several bustickets, IF you are buying more balltickets. You will get your busticket with your remaining documents at the check-in.
Time of departure and meeting points in Landsberg and Planegg (location of the Swingball) will be announced in time during BB Dance Camp.

The volunteer code enables you to take part in the seminar at a discount price while helping out for one day. In order to get the code, you have to send an e-mail to helfer2012@boogie-baeren.de before completing the registration form. After being assigned a job, you will receive a code which you enter into the online form. After doing so, your job description and the day you volunteer will appear on your registration form.
When you have completed registration and we have received your payment, your registration is automatically entered into our online database. The amount you transferred then appears on your registration form in the column “paid” which you will see when logging in next time.
You will receive a confirmation slip by mail some time after registration. Once you have successfully completed the online registration form, you will receive a confirmatory e-mail. After this, you won’t be able to change any details concerning your registration on your own. However, this e-mail is no formal confirmation slip, it simply attests that your registration has been received and is being processed.
You can change it yourself: log in again and click on your name in the right upper corner. There you can also change your password.
Cancellations have to be done in written form and must be postmarked on or before May 5, 2012. The prepayment will be refunded less the handling fee of 10 EUR. A medical certificate is required if the cancellation request arrives after this date.
